General Information
The Bogoliubov Laboratory of Theoretical Physics at the Joint Institute for Nuclear Research organizes the International Conference "Nuclear Structure and Related Topics" (NSRT2006). The Conference will be held at Dubna, Moscow Region, Russia, on June 13 – 17, 2006.

The Conference program will cover new experimental and theoretical developments in studies of nuclear structure phenomena from stable nuclei to borders of stability, nuclear physics with radioactive beams.

The main topics include: nuclear excitations at various energies; nuclei at high angular momenta and temperature; structure and reactions at limits of nuclear existence; structure of superheavy nuclei; symmetries in nuclei; cluster features in reactions and structure of nuclei; astrophysical aspects of nuclear studies.

The Conference is supported by the Joint Institute for Nuclear Research, the Russian Foundation for Basic Research, the Heisenberg-Landau Program and the Votruba-Blokhintsev Program.

Main Topics:

  • Nuclear excitations at various energies;
  • Nuclei at high angular momenta and temperature;
  • Structure and reactions at limits of nuclear existence;
  • Structure of superheavy nuclei;
  • Symmetries in nuclei;
  • Cluster features in reactions and structure of nuclei;
