The workshop continues the tradition of annual nanoelectronics conferences, started in 2002. We will have talks given by invited experts in the field, as well as a poster session and time allocated for extended discussions.

Scope and Topics

The scope of the conference is the electronic properties of nanoscale systems and devices.
In particular, the following topics will be covered::

• electron transport through quantum dots, quantum point contacts, quantum wires, quantum Hall layers, and nanoscale granular arrays
  spintronics
• nanomechanics and molecular electronics
• electronic properties of carbon nanotubes
• effects of disorder and interactions and their interplay
• quantum coherence and dephasing, quantum computing and qubit realizations
• charging and strong correlation effects
• nanoscopic superconductivity
• noise and fluctuations in nanostructures
• quantum mesoscopic effects
